Redhill Partners enlisted the expertise of State 28 for the repositioning of Dynon's Plaza. 905 Hay Street is an A Grade 14 storey asset with a rich history of being Chevron's home for over a decade. The refurbishment of Ground Lobby, End of Trip facilities, and on floor lift lobbies—a comprehensive transformation that breathed new life into the building whilst supporting we Redhill Partners' leasing strategy. Dynon’s is now ready to accommodate the needs of modern tenants and workforce.
