State 28 Interiors undertook the brief of transforming a 1990's North Beach house into a contemporary family home that makes the most of the stunning coastal views and effortlessly blends with the natural surroundings. By retaining the existing travertine flooring and introducing natural materials like timber and stone, we have created a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor areas, resulting in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The spacious and sunlit interiors are ideal for relaxation and entertainment, complemented by the expanded kitchen with modern appliances, ample storage space, and a large island bench. Additionally, the bathrooms have been revamped with sleek fixtures and fittings to offer a luxurious and calming retreat-like feel.
